"Healing For Your Heart" conference scheduled for
October 18-19, 2002, at HeartLove Place in Milwaukee
Dallas, Linda, and the
Discipleship Unlimited team have been asked to partner with HeartLove Place
to provide a "Healing For Your Heart"
weekend outreach to the community of HeartLove Place in Milwaukee's central
city. Through this conference, DU will reach out to the neighborhood of
HeartLove Place and surrounding communities. The main speaker will be
Marshall Brandon. Marshall will be sharing the message of
reconciliation, which he says is a more a spiritual issue than a racial
one. Marshall is a pastor at Hudson Community Chapel, where he is the
pastor of evangelism and discipleship.
The weekend will begin with a fish
fry on Friday night. On Saturday, a light lunch will be served. The
afternoon will consist of breakout sessions, praise and worship, celebration
time, teaching, prayer, and fellowship. There will be a banquet dinner on
Saturday evening, and Marshall and his wife will be sharing a message.
